TFP CLASS GUIDE
STRONG (Mon/Wed/Fri)
Build strength with progressive overload. With STRONG, you’ll perfect movement patterns and make measurable gains in power, performance, and confidence. Think: squats, deadlifts, presses — done right, done strong.
CHARGE (Tues)
High-intensity interval training to improve your anaerobic capacity. CHARGE will elevate your fitness, build resilience, and leave you feeling unstoppable. Think: short bursts, heavy sweat, serious effort.
ENDURO (Thurs)
Train smarter, go further. ENDURO builds endurance, aerobic capacity, and the mental toughness to sustain intensity over time. Think: longer sets, lower weight, relentless pacing.
CCD – COMMUNITY CONDITIONING (Sat)
Stronger together. COMMUNITY CONDITIONING is an all-in, full-body class motivated by unbeatable group energy. Think: partner WODs, shared reps, weekend vibes… and maybe brunch after.
X-FACTOR (Pop-up events)
X-FACTOR challenges you with event-specific, high-performance workouts that push limits and build grit. Think: event preparation, skills clinics, challenges.
STRONG-X (Fri)
Blending power training with functional intensity. STRONG-X combines progressive lifting with a performance-driven finisher inspired by X-FACTOR. Think: strong + challenge = total system upgrade.
OPEN GYM (Selected hours)
Keen to train in your own time? OPEN GYM gives you the space and freedom to train your way. Think: lift, move, stretch, sweat — on your terms.
RESTORE YOGA (Sat 10am)
Create space for yourself. Move with intention in RESTORE yoga, developing strength, mobility, and mindfulness. Think: flow, hold, deep breathe.
TFP LIFE (Ad-hoc)
Fitness is more than the workout — it’s the lifestyle. TFP LIFE brings our community together for ad-hoc events like local hikes, movie nights, recovery sessions, or drinks that support local businesses. Think: connection, balance… the good stuff, on or off the gym floor.
